We hope that you will be 100% happy with your order. We make every effort to give you the best quality products and best delivery service possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) by post in their original condition within 7 days of the date printed on the front of your sales receipt. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the purchaser. Note: Our Rococo Online Return policy differs from our Rococo in-store Return policy.
If you wish to return an item to us you must post it to the address below as we cannot process refunds in-store. Returned garments must be unworn and in a condition that allows resale. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of garment. Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable

Distance Selling Regulations:
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, software or item personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel any item you can e-mail or write to us within seven working days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting you order number. Please note however, we may already have sent your item if you decide to cancel after 24 hours as we always endeavour to ship as quickly as possible. If this is the case our standard returns policy comes into force.
